Welcome to REV-MATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

? 1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking.

? 2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the यात्रा/service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other factors.

? 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and service provider policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after deducting applicable charges.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Group Bookings are non refundable and non amendable in any circumstances
  • No refunds on un-used services

? 4. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns.

? 5. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and necessary identification documents.
  • The company is not liable for any denial of boarding, entry, or visa rejection.

? 6. Liability

  • REV-MATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of baggage, or any injury caused by third-party services.
  • Any additional costs due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.) must be borne by the traveler.

? 7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all your travel.
  • The company is not liable for any loss or damages that could have been covered under insurance.

? 8. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Any damage caused to property or misconduct will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

? 9. Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

? 10. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any additional services not mentioned will be charged separately.

? 11. Complaints & Feedback

  • Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to our support team for resolution.
  • Post-trip complaints may not be entertained if not raised during the trip.

? 12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon Only.

  • By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
