DAY 1 - Bagdogra – Phuentsholing (Approx. 3–4 Hrs Drive)
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station, where you will be warmly greeted by our representative. Begin your scenic drive towards Phuentsholing, the gateway town to Bhutan located at the Indo-Bhutan border. Enjoy the gradual transition from the plains of West Bengal to the foothills of Bhutan. Breakfast and lunch can be taken enroute (on your own). Upon arrival, complete hotel check-in and relax after your journey. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the nearby market or simply unwind. DAY 2 - Phuentsholing – Thimphu (Approx. 5–6 Hrs Drive)
After breakfast, complete immigration formalities and begin your picturesque drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. DAY 3 - Excursion to Punakha
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan. Highlights of the day: Dochula Pass (3,150 m) – offers breathtaking panoramic Himalayan views and 108 memorial chortens Chimi Lhakhang – also known as the Temple of Fertility Punakha Dzong – one of Bhutan’s most beautiful fortresses, located at the confluence of two rivers After sightseeing, drive back to Thimphu. DAY 4 - Thimphu Sightseeing – Paro
