DAY 1 - Arrival in Hanoi & Half-Day City Tour

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi in a private vehicle. After check-in and some relaxation, proceed for a half-day guided Hanoi city tour, exploring the cultural and historical essence of Vietnam’s capital: Visit the iconic Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, reflecting centuries of education and tradition. Explore the unique One Pillar Pagoda, known for its lotus-shaped architecture. Discover the serene Ngoc Son Temple, located on a small island in Hoan Kiem Lake. Experience the vibrant and thrilling atmosphere of Hanoi Train Street, where trains pass just inches from local homes. Return to the hotel. Evening at leisure to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter or enjoy local cuisine. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

DAY 2 - Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu & Tam Coc Excursion

After breakfast, depart for a full-day SIC tour to Ninh Binh, often called “Halong Bay on land.” Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and learn about its royal history. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Tam Coc for a peaceful boat ride through limestone karsts, caves, and lush rice fields. Return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

DAY 3 - Hanoi to Danang Transfer

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang. Upon arrival at Danang International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure—relax at My Khe Beach or explore the modern coastal city. Overnight stay in Danang.

DAY 4 - Marble Mountains & Hoi An Tour (with Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed for a guided tour: Visit the famous Marble Mountains, a cluster of marble and limestone hills featuring caves, tunnels, and Buddhist shrines. Continue to the enchanting Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. DAY 5 - Ba Na Hills & Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Ba Na Hills: Enjoy one of the world’s longest cable car rides Visit the famous Golden Bridge, held by giant stone hands Explore the French Village and amusement park Enjoy a buffet lunch (Indian or local cuisine) Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 6 - Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong Delta Tour

After breakfast, depart for a combined tour: Explore the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network used during the Vietnam War. Experience crawling through tunnels and learn about wartime survival techniques. Continue to the Mekong Delta: Enjoy a scenic boat ride through canals Visit local villages and coconut farms Experience traditional music and local life Lunch will be served during the tour. Return to the city in the evening. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 7 - Departure from Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Vietnam.

Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person, to block the package and price
  2. If the travel is less than 30 days 100% payment required to confirm the package
  3. Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost at the time of confirmation.
  4. Final Payment: Remaining 30% to be cleared 30 days prior to departure.
  5. All services (flights, hotels, transfers) will be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount, and the same will be intimated to you via email.
  6. Delay in payments may lead to fare/price changes or unavailability of services
  7. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person are non- refundable 
  2. More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  3. Between 60 to 45 days before departure:50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  4. Between 45 to 30 days before departure:75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  5. Within 30 days of departure / No Show:100% cancellation charges will apply (no refund).
  6. Flights, Visa & Attraction Tickets:
    Once booked, flight tickets, visa fees, and attraction tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  7. Cancellation due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, illness, etc.):
    Refunds (if any) will be subject to supplier policies and service recoverability.
  8. Group Bookings are non refundable and non amendable in any circumstances
  9. No refunds on un-used services

  9. The prices may change, due to  exchange rate fluctuations, revision in fuel prices or govt. levies / duties, due to epidemic, endemic without notice. It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and agreed upon.
