DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AT TOKYO

Arrive at NRT Airport. Upon arrival in Tokyo, get transferred to your hotel and check-in. Free time at leisure till evening. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 2 - TOKYO CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we proceed for guided orientation tour of Tokyo city, Which includes visit to Meiji Shrine & Drive through Meiji Shrine Ginko Tree Promnade, Visit Yasukuni Shrine & Vinod Pal Memorial. Photo stop at Imperial Palace. Visit Asakusa Senso-ji Temple & Nakamise Shopping Street. Drive through Rainbow Bridge to visit Toyota Mega Web, Venus fort, etc at Odaiba area. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight Stay in the hotel.

DAY 3 - TOKYO - MT. FUJI & HAKONE – HIROSHIMA

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we check out from hotel with small luggage. Big luggage to be couriered to Osaka Hotel. Proceed to see Mt Fuji, a pilgrimage site for centuries and considered one of Japan’s 3 sacred mountains. Mt. Fuji is also an active volcano and the country’s tallest peak, at 3,776 meters. See Mt Fuji from Fuji Visitor centre. Visit Owakudani Boiling Valley at Hakone. Ōwakudani is a volcanic valley with active sulphur vents and hot springs. After that proceed to Odawara to catch Bullet Train to Hiroshima. After arriving Hiroshima, proceed for Indian dinner & then proceed to hotel for check in. Overnight stay at Hiroshima.

DAY 4 - HIROSHIMA SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSFER TO KOBE.

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast check out from Hiroshima hotel and proceed to Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island by ferry. Comeback to Hiroshima city to visit Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, peace museum. Proceed to Kobe. Enroute  take a photo stop at Kurashiki Canal which is located in Okayama Prefecture and was once an important distribution centre for large quantities of rice during the Edo Period (1603-1868). Upon arrival at Kobe, Indian dinner at the restaurant. Check in to the hotel for Overnight stay.

DAY 5 - KOBE – OSAKA

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Osaka, the second largest metropolitan area in Japan. Start Osaka city orientation tour with Osaka Castle, one of the famous monuments of Japan. Proceed to a unique structural building of Osaka, Umeda Sky Building to have its magnificent view of Osaka and Kobe from what’s called “Floating Observatory Garden”. Enjoy some free time at Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori street. Dinner at Indian restaurant. After dinner, check in to the Hotel. overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY 6 - OSAKA – KYOTO & NARA – OSAKA

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast proceed to Kyoto and start orientation tour with Kinkakuji Temple followed by Nijo Castle. Take a photo stop at Kyoto Imperial Palace. Proceed to Nara and visit Todaiji Temple (Great Buddha) and see Kasuga Taisha Shrine (outside). Free time at Nara Park. In the evening, come back to Osaka. Indian Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight stay at Osaka.

DAY 7 - DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast Check out from the hotel and proceed to airport on your own to board the flight back to India.

Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person, to block the package and price
  2. If the travel is less than 30 days 100% payment required to confirm the package
  3. Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost at the time of confirmation.
  4. Final Payment: Remaining 30% to be cleared 30 days prior to departure.
  5. All services (flights, hotels, transfers) will be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount, and the same will be intimated to you via email.
  6. Delay in payments may lead to fare/price changes or unavailability of services
  7. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

​All Hotel Vouchers, Service itinerary, Flight Tickets will be shared with you 15 days prior to our departur

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person are non- refundable 
  2. More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  3. Between 60 to 45 days before departure:50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  4. Between 45 to 30 days before departure:75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  5. Within 30 days of departure / No Show:100% cancellation charges will apply (no refund).
  6. Flights, Visa & Attraction Tickets:
    Once booked, flight tickets, visa fees, and attraction tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  7. Cancellation due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, illness, etc.):
    Refunds (if any) will be subject to supplier policies and service recoverability.

Exclusions

  1. TCS
  2. Rate no valid on Blackout dates &festival dates
  3. Personal Expenses of any kind
  4. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, telephone charges, Laundry, and all items of personal nature.
  5. Anything other than mentioned in the Inclusions.
  6. Any activity charges other than specified / mentioned in the itinerary OR Inclusions OR anywhere in the package.
  7. Return Airfare
  8. Govt. service tax of 5% is applicable on total billing (GST will be applicable as per Govt regulation)
  9. Flight, Visa & Train tickets are not included (Unless specified in our inclusions)
  10. Return airport transfers
  11. Porterage (if there is any)
  12. Travel insurance 
  13. Anything not mentioned in inclusions is excluded from the package. 
  14. Tourist City Taxes not included in any offer, if applicable in particular city.

Important Notes & Liability

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. Package prices are quoted in [currency] and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
  3. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  4. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.
  5. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  6. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
