DAY 1 - ARRIVE ALMATY

Arrival in Almaty in the evening Transfer Airport-Hotel by bus  Check-in to the Hotel Free time – can explore night Life activities at you own.  Overnight at Hotel. 

DAY 2 - ALMATY CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel  Proceed for Almaty City Tour with English speaking guide - You will know more about history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and see its major attractions: Palace of President, Republic Square and Monument of Independence, and Astana Square, Panfilov Park, Abai Square and Palace of Republic, Presidential Park.  In the afternoon, visit Rakhat Chocolate Factory and Local Market Zilyoni - Bazaar.  You can buy Chocolates from Rakhat Chocolate Factory; can buy Dry Fruits at cheap rates and some souvenirs from Zilyoni Bazar.   Return back to the hotel, evening free at leisure Free time – can explore night activities at you own.  Overnight in hotel

DAY 3 - ALMATY - MEDOWS & CHIMBULAK

Breakfast at the hotel  After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Chimbulak & Medows mountains. This tour provides you the best opportunity to see the beautiful mountain surroundings of Almaty city. The first stop of the tour awaits you in the Medeo Gorge, where in the wonderful mountains of Trans-Ili Ala-Tau the largest high mountain skating rink in the world is located as well as the huge dam, protecting the city from destructive mudflows formed on the tops of the western Tien Shan. Next destination is Chimbulak ski resort (Cable Car Fee Included), located at an altitude of 2230 meters above sea level. It is very popular for its mild climate, large quantity of sunny days and snow through the winter and remarkable scenery of mountain ranges.   Packed lunch to be provided Return back to the hotel in evening Free time – can explore night activities at you own.  Overnight in hotel

DAY 4 - KOK TOBE & SHOPPING TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel Proceed towards the Tour Of Kok - Tobe. It is a mountain which is the highest point of Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city. There is a popular recreation area on top of the mountain. The mountain's height is 1100 meters above sea level. Kok - tobe is one of the main landmarks in the city, and it is popular among visitors and tourists to Almaty. The Kok - Tobe recreational area has a variety of amusement park type attractions and restaurants. It is connected to downtown Almaty by a cable car line. The City Terminal is located near Hotel Kazakhstan. Also, there is a 372 meters tall TV Tower at the foot of the mountain. The tower can be seen from most parts of the city.  In the afternoon, transfer to Mega Mall for shopping  Free time – can explore night activities at you own. Overnight in hotel 

DAY 5 - DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel Check out and transfer to the airport to board the flight back to India

Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person, to block the package and price
  2. If the travel is less than 30 days 100% payment required to confirm the package
  3. Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost at the time of confirmation.
  4. Final Payment: Remaining 30% to be cleared 30 days prior to departure.
  5. All services (flights, hotels, transfers) will be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount, and the same will be intimated to you via email.
  6. Delay in payments may lead to fare/price changes or unavailability of services
  7. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

All Hotel Vouchers, Service itinerary, Flight Tickets will be shared with you 15 days prior to our departur

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Booking Amount of Rs 5,000/- Per person are non- refundable 
  2. More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  3. Between 60 to 45 days before departure:50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  4. Between 45 to 30 days before departure:75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  5. Within 30 days of departure / No Show:100% cancellation charges will apply (no refund).
  6. Flights, Visa & Attraction Tickets:
    Once booked, flight tickets, visa fees, and attraction tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  7. Cancellation due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, illness, etc.):
    Refunds (if any) will be subject to supplier policies and service recoverability.

  2. Rate no valid on Blackout dates &festival dates
  3. Personal Expenses of any kind
  4. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, telephone charges, Laundry, and all items of personal nature.
  5. Anything other than mentioned in the Inclusions.
  6. Any activity charges other than specified / mentioned in the itinerary OR Inclusions OR anywhere in the package.

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. Package prices are quoted in [currency] and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
  3. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  4. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.
  5. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  6. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
